Paul Stone is a military and civilian (Cat 1) qualified experimental test pilot who served in the Royal Navy for 20 years followed by 14 years in the defence industry, accumulating over 4700 hours on more than 200 aircraft types. Paul has over 25 years of experimental, development, certification and production test flying experience on a wide variety of types. His extensive test flying expertise includes pioneering research and development on STOVL / VTOL digital flight control systems on the VAAC Harrier, X32 STOVL concept demonstrator and NASA & Boeing control law development activities.
