In an era marked by rapid advancements in a variety of technologies related to hybrid-electric, electric, and hydrogen-based propulsion, the need for development and certification test capability is ever increasing in importance. Juxtaposed to the need, there are true economic challenges to make such capabilities available. Through the marriage of simulated and real components at a system level, a shared access testing facility is being planned which provides the ability to flex, configure and iterate as required. With the confidentiality of user Intellectual Property assured, users will have access to industry expertise in validation and test, at a fraction of the cost of building their in-house test capabilities.
