Korea Testing Laboratory

Korea Testing Laboratory (KTL) is Korea’s only comprehensive public testing and certification organization that was founded in 1966 with aid from UNESCO for the  purpose of establishing a foundation for national industrialization. While Koreans have worked together to achieve the Miracle of the Hangang River over the past half century, KTL has played a role.
