Accelerators and Innovation: The Aerospace Xelerated case

Aerospace Xelerated is a leading global innovation and accelerator programme for early-stage companies developing scalable and sustainable solutions for the aerospace industry and beyond. The programme is led by Boeing and delivered in partnership with corporate and government partners, including Tawazun Council, the GKN Aerospace, Etihad Airways, Rolls-Royce and the UK’s Defense and Security Accelerator.
In this session, Nichola Bates, Managing Partner at Aerospace Xelerated and Head of Global Accelerators and Innovation Programs, at Boeing, will give a brief overview of the programme, which has helped over 40 tech startups across 14 countries and 12 industries access critical investment, mentorship, and support. She will also discuss how corporate accelerators act as catalysts for tech disruption in the aerospace sector, fostering collaboration and innovation.
