TIRA - The right choice for testing
05/08/2024
The toughest environments require the toughest tests for your product - and for us.
The aerospace and defense sectors are well-known examples of this. With our claim ‘the right choice for testing’, we have further improved - or rather revolutionized - our performance in the field of high acceleration testing.
By combining a well-known physical principle with our many years of experience in the field of watercooled shakers, we have created something great: the TIRA induction ring shaker.
Approved technology and innovation do not exclude each other. With new (thermal) calculations, simulations and tests, we have solved various optimization problems and found the optimum operating point for the demanding requirements. A rethought cooling concept and the reduction of moving parts result in a system with improved robustness. The well-established power amplifier with up to four sigma peak currents opens up new dimensions for the payload in the high acceleration test. The all-metal moving armature is a real lightweight and saves additional mass for your device under test.
An extract from our shock-performance data: 95 kg at 300 g & 3ms, 240 kg at 100g & 6 ms, 350 kg at 100g & 11 ms
The new, visually accentuated shaker is of course rounded off with a short delivery time and attractive price, making it the perfect addition to our and your test portfolio.
